Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl; whisk wet ingredients separately.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures, then fold in optional chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Pour batter into pan, cover with foil, and bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove foil after 40 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature eggs and softened butter.
