Ingredients
  

Cheese
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
  • 16 ounces ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced) bell pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cook ground beef with onions and peppers until browned and softened. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and cream cheese to beef. Stir until melted and combined.
  4. Create 8 cheese circles on the baking sheet, spaced apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  5. Let cheese cool slightly, then add beef mixture and roll up. Cool for 2-3 minutes to set.
