Ingredients
  

Meat and Dairy
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices turkey bacon diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
Garnish
  • Chopped green onions green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook turkey bacon until crispy; set aside. In the same skillet, brown beef with onion and garlic. Add cauliflower and cook 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk eggs, heavy cream, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Mix bacon and half of cheese into beef mixture, pour egg mixture over, then top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake 25-30 minutes until set and bubbly. Cool slightly, garnish with green onions, then serve.
