Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Spread chopped rhubarb in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Pour crushed pineapple over the rhubarb, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the pineapple.
- Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
- Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat!
