- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Whisk until blended.
- Add chicken to marinade, toss to coat. Marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate up to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and edges are golden brown.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with feta and parsley. Let rest for 2-3 minutes.
