Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss berries with half the sugar and place in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, remaining sugar, and cut in cold butter until crumbly. Spread evenly over berries.
- Bake for 30 minutes until topping is golden and berries are bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Optional: serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
Use fresh berries for best flavor, but frozen work well too.
