Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 4 cups Mixed Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar for sweetening the berries
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour for the biscuit topping
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter cold and cubed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss berries with half the sugar and place in a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, remaining sugar, and cut in cold butter until crumbly. Spread evenly over berries.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes until topping is golden and berries are bubbling.
  4. Let cool slightly before serving. Optional: serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

Use fresh berries for best flavor, but frozen work well too.
