Ingredients

  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 1 cup Milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix fruit with half of the sugar and set aside.
  3. Combine dry ingredients, then stir in melted butter and milk to form a batter.
  4. Spread fruit mixture in the baking dish, then pour batter over the top.
