Bread
  • 4 cups cubed bread
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
  • Butter for greasing the baking dish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
