  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
Meat
  • 1 pound ground beef beef beef beef beef beef sausage
Dairy & Eggs
  • 4 large eggs large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Spices & Seasonings
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook ground beef sausage until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  4. Spread biscuit pieces in a greased 9x13 inch dish, layer beef, pour egg mixture, then sprinkle cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cheese and lean meat.
