Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook ground beef sausage until browned; drain excess fat.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Spread biscuit pieces in a greased 9x13 inch dish, layer beef, pour egg mixture, then sprinkle cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cheese and lean meat.
