Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the crust and filling.
  2. Mix sliced peaches with sugar and set aside. Prepare crumb topping by combining flour, oats, sugar, and butter until crumbly.
  3. Fill a pie dish with peaches, then sprinkle crumb topping evenly over the top.
