Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix sugars and oil, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Whisk dry ingredients separately, then combine with wet ingredients to form a thick dough. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Shape dough into tablespoon-sized balls, roll in powdered sugar, and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cracked. Cool before serving.
Notes
Chilling the dough makes it easier to handle and results in better cracks.
