Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, then fold in bananas and pineapple.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for extra sweetness and flavor.
