  • 18.25 ounce yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Spread rhubarb and crushed pineapple in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the rhubarb and pineapple.
  4. Pour melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
