Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 200 g almond flour
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 2 egg whites egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
Dusting
  • icing sugar for dusting

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix almond flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
  3. Beat egg whites until soft peaks, then add almond extract and beat to stiff peaks.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into egg whites gently, shape into ovals, and place on baking sheet.
  5. Dust with icing sugar and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
