Method
- Rinse and dry the asparagus, then trim off the tough ends by snapping or cutting.
- Toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until evenly coated.
- Arrange the seasoned spears in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 7-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until tender-crisp and lightly browned.
- Remove from air fryer, sprinkle with Parmesan, and serve immediately with a squeeze of lemon if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
