Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Pat turkey dry and rub with olive oil.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary. Place in roasting pan with lemon slices on top.
- Roast for 1.5 to 2 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 15-20 minutes, then slice and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Use a meat thermometer to ensure proper doneness.
