Ingredients
  

Main
  • 1 whole turkey breast (about 4-6 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 lemon lemon (sliced)
  • fresh herbs optional for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Pat turkey dry and rub with olive oil.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary. Place in roasting pan with lemon slices on top.
  3. Roast for 1.5 to 2 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Let rest for 15-20 minutes, then slice and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure proper doneness.
