Method
- Grease an 8-inch or 9-inch cake pan and line with parchment.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix yogurt, eggs, salt, pepper, sugar, and cayenne. Add flour, 5 oz cheese, green onions, and combine.
- Cook pasta until tender, drain, reserving 1/4 cup water.
- Mix melted butter, pasta, and reserved water into batter. Pour into pan, top with remaining cheese and cayenne, then bake for 25 minutes.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with additional green onions before serving.
