  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil plus extra for drizzling
Salad
  • 1 cup firm cucumbers, diced
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Mince garlic and ginger, then dice cucumbers.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned (5 minutes).
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant (1 minute).
  4. Mix in gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil; heat through.
  5. Combine cucumbers with rice vinegar and sesame seeds; toss.
  6. Serve beef with cucumber salad, drizzling sesame oil if desired.
