Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugars, then add egg, eggnog, vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry, fold in nuts if using.
- Drop dough onto baking sheet, bake 10-12 mins, cool, dust with powdered sugar.
