Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, vanilla, and almond extracts.
- Mix in dry ingredients, form dough, and shape into balls.
- Place on baking sheet, optionally flatten and add sprinkles.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, cool, then dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
For best results, do not overmix the dough to keep cookies tender.
