Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 4 cups fresh cranberries
  • 4 cups peeled and sliced apples
Sweeteners & Flavorings
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Topping
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cranberries, apples, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon; spread in a greased baking dish.
  3. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt; sprinkle over fruit.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
