  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt; stir until dough forms.
  4. Fold in chopped nuts if using, then roll dough into balls and place on sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
