Tiktok Spaghetti Alfredo

Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh basil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut squash, scoop seeds, season, and roast 40-45 mins.
  2. Heat marinara sauce; mix ricotta, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Scrape squash into strands; combine with sauce and ricotta mixture.
  4. Transfer to baking dish, top with mozzarella and Parmesan, bake 15-20 mins until bubbly.
  5. Garnish with basil and serve.

Notes

Use fresh basil for best flavor and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
