Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut squash, scoop seeds, season, and roast 40-45 mins.
- Heat marinara sauce; mix ricotta, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Scrape squash into strands; combine with sauce and ricotta mixture.
- Transfer to baking dish, top with mozzarella and Parmesan, bake 15-20 mins until bubbly.
- Garnish with basil and serve.
Notes
Use fresh basil for best flavor and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
