Method
- Cook sausage until browned; drain excess fat.

- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and onion powder.
- Combine egg mixture with sausage and hashbrowns.
- Pour into greased dish, top with remaining cheese, refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45-50 minutes until set and golden.
