Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 1 pound breakfast beef sausage
  • 1 bag frozen hashbrowns 30 oz
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers optional
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions optional

Method
 

  1. Cook sausage until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Mix cooked sausage, hashbrowns, 1.5 cups cheese, bell peppers, and green onions.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and onion powder.
  4. Combine egg mixture with sausage and hashbrowns.
  5. Pour into greased dish, top with remaining cheese, refrigerate overnight.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45-50 minutes until set and golden.
