Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix dry ingredients; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugars; add egg, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon. Combine with dry ingredients.
- Shape dough into tablespoon-sized balls; bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool.
- Melt white chocolate chips; dip cooled cookies halfway. Decorate if desired. Let set.
