  • 2 pieces Apples (Pink Lady)
  • 1 teaspoon Butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • cup Old Fashioned / Rolled Oats
  • 1 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (or honey or rice malt syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon Wholemeal / Whole Wheat Flour (can sub for almond meal or all purpose flour / plain flour)
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Core the apples using a knife or spoon, then brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. Mix oats, flour, cinnamon, melted butter, and maple syrup in a small bowl.
  3. Fill the cored apples with the oat mixture.
  4. Place the apples in the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C / 350°F for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or cream.
