Ingredients
  

Steaks
  • 2 pieces striploin steaks 1 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • salt and pepper salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter room temperature
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Let steaks come to room temperature (10-15 min). Rub with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (5-10 min). Cook steaks for 10-14 min to desired doneness.
  3. Mix butter, garlic, and parsley to make garlic butter.
  4. Remove steaks, let rest 5-10 min, then serve with garlic butter.
