  • 1 head cauliflower florets for the skull
  • 1 can black olives for the eyes, nose, and mouth
  • 1 medium zucchini for the mouth
  • assorted various assorted vegetables for serving
  • 1 cup dip of choice e.g., turmeric ranch

Method
 

  1. Trace a skull shape on parchment paper, adjusting size to platter.
  2. Prepare vegetables; set aside.
  3. Cut zucchini lengthwise to create mouth; shape to fit skull.
  4. Lay parchment on platter; arrange cauliflower for the skull, add zucchini for the mouth, and olives for teeth, eyes, and nose.
  5. Arrange assorted vegetables around the skull; serve with dip.

Notes

Use a sharp knife to cut zucchini and handle olives carefully for best results.
